Event rentals: $175 per hour
A one-time guest-count fee is added to the base rental price. It is not an hourly charge.

Example
A 9-hour event (12 PM to 9 PM) with 80 guests: $175 × 9 hours = $1,575, plus a $100 guest fee, for a subtotal of $1,675.
Additional fees and requirements
- Cleaning fee is charged separately.
